Ingredients
- Whole Chicken Legs - 2 pieces
- Chopped Onion -1 cup
- Mushroom-1 cup
- Garlic Chopped-2 tsp
- Crushed Pepper-1 tsp
- Piri Piri Seasoning-1 tsp
- Thyme-1 tsp
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Heavy cream-1 1/2 Cup
- Olive Oil-1/4 Cup
Instructions
- In IP on Sauté mode- add olive oil, garlic and onion and sauté for a minute.
- Add mushroom and sauté again.
- Cook till onions are translucent
- Now Add the dry herbs and spices mix-Thyme , Piri Piri seasoning Crushed pepper, and salt
- Its time to put the chicken legs- sauté to get the desired colour on the chicken legs.
- Next Add ½ cup of water.
- Close the IP on high pressure for 20/30 minutes (cooking time depends on size of the legs)
- Pour the heavy cream and give it a quick stir to thicken the sauce.
- Serve with rice or pasta (Hot)
