Ingredients of Pad Thai

What are the Ingredients Needed to make this  Pad thai Vegetarian recipe ?

  • Pad Thai Noodles –  These are steamed rice noodles. For the days when you crave to eat noodles , but cannot eat due to Gluten , these come to your rescue. Gluten free, egg free, Vegan , wheat free noodles. Simply use them with Soup, Stir fry and you have a wholesome meal at hand.

  • Firm tofu – I have used firm tofu , not extra firm to give an added meaty texture to the Pad Thai. Just lightly air fry the pieces and you shall have a taste and texture  party.

  • Vegetables – Here you can play with texture, Colour and add as many vegetables as you feel Like. I have used  Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Baby corn, carrots and bean Sprouts, Spring onion Greens for the added flavour and texture.
