These Air fryer Potatoes are made with a handful of ingredients.

The Best olive oil, Loads of garlic (garlic Powder is fine too), Vegan Butter and very few seasoning.You could make the use of Vegan Parmesan cheese, Herbs like Tarragon, Sage, Thyme, Fresh Rosemary.

The use of Golden baby Potatoes is because we love the tender young potatoes. However any kind of potatoes can be used for the following recipe. You can use Yukon gold, Baby red potatoes Purple Potatoes. Literally any that your heart desires.

Ingredients For the best Garlic Butter Potatoes.

POTATOES: Any potatoes will work great! I love baby potatoes in this recipe but like My favourite Hassleback potatoes.

Russet, Yukon Gold, or red potatoes are all great choices!

OIL- This recipe uses a little bit of olive oil, but there are many variations that will work if you do not have Olive oil handy. Canola, Sunflower, Avacado, Peanut oil, all taste delicious in this recipe.

SEASONING All that is needed is lots of love and loads of garlic . Garlic makes everything taste better!

Butter : You can use Salted /unsalted butter (vegan) if you please. all you need to do is remember that you cut down a little on salt incase you use salted butter.

VARIATIONS:Why not try a variation. Switch the garlic butter with Piri Piri Seasoning, Top up with Some vegan sour cream , Chives, Shredded Vegan parmesan .

Try and make the Wasabi mayo, Mint mayo. (For Wasabi mayo, Mix wasabi paste 1/4 tsp with mayo 1 cup).

Wash and cut the potatoes into bite size pieces this ensures even cooking of the potatoes.

Toss olive oil and seasoning of choice .

Mix well and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook at 180 deg c /350 deg f for 20 -22 minutes. Check halfway through, add a minute or 2 if needed.

Ensure thoroughly cooked potatoes with crisp skin.

Remove from the Air fryer and add a dollop of butter. minced garlic. Or seasoning of your choice .

Serve hot with your favourite dip

How can these Garlic butter Potatoes be stored and frozen?

Refrigerate leftovers in tightly-covered containers or food-storage bags, for 3 to 5 days.

To freeze, place potatoes on a parchment-lined tray and freeze until solid. Then place frozen potatoes in food-storage containers or bags and store in the freezer up to a month.

To reheat, first thaw the potatoes (if frozen) in the refrigerator. Then place on a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 350° f until heated through.

- Garlic minced- 2 tsp
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
- salt- 2 tsp
- pepper- 1/4 tsp
- Butter-1/4 cup
- seasoning- rosemary , Thyme, Parmesan cheese grated. (optional)(all Vegan)
Instructions

Notes
- Allow the air fryer to pre-heat before adding potatoes. This helps make them extra crispy.If Using the Philips or any other Af other than the Crisp lid
- Instructions may vary based on the brand of Air Fryer. Check your user manual for volume and times.
- Be sure the potatoes are patted dry so the seasonings stick to the potatoes and the crisp instead of steam!
- Add the butter and garlic minced after the cooking is over , alternatively you can use garlic powder too instead of minced.
- To reheat leftovers, place them back in the (preheated) air fryer for 5-10 minutes.
